THE ACTIVE ENDEAVORS SWEEPSTAKES: Sweepstakes begins 12:01 AM ET on NOVEMBER 5, 2007, and ends 11:59 PM ET on NOVEMBER 30, 2007 when all entries must be received. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Service Provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning e- mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. THREE (3) potential winners will be selected by random drawing on or around NOVEMBER 30,2007 and will be notified by e-mail or by telephone. If any potential winner selected cannot be contacted, or does not respond within five (5) days, or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner shall forfeit any and all rights to a prize and, at Sponsors’ sole discretion, an alternate potential winner may be selected. All decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respect. The prize is a shopping spree at www.activeendeavors.com with an approximate retail value of $1,000.
