When you receive your order, check items for fit and accuracy. Please take care not to scuff or damage them. Active Endeavors cannot accept returns with visible wear and tear. Tags must be attached. Shoes must be returned without visible wear and in the original packaging (not bent or damaged in any way).  Damages will be returned at our discretion. We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Returns
All Full Price merchandise must be return shipped within 30 days of the day we shipped your package, in order to receive a full refund.  We cannot accept returns on underwear or bathing suits.  Please allow seven (7) to ten (10)  business days for the processing of your return from the date we receive your package. Free return shipping labels will be emailed to you after completing our online return/exchange form. International and Canadian orders are not eligible to receive free return shipping.

Note: Full Price Merchandise returned after 30 days and before 60 days will be issued store credit only. Merchandise returned after 60 days will be issued store credit at the current selling price.

Sale Items
Sale items can be returned for store credit or exchange only. All Sale merchandise must be return shpped within 30 days of the date your package was shipped to you. Any package received after 30 days will be returned for store credit at the current selling price. Price adjustments for sale items will be accommodated within 7 days of the purchase date. Coupon codes may not be retroactively applied to orders that have already been processed.

NOTE ON SALE DENIM: All Sale Denim may be returned for a full refund if returned within 10 days from the date you received your package.

Exchanges
Full Price Items can be Exchanged up to 14 days from the day you receive your merchandise. Sale Items can be Exchanged up to 10 days from the day you receive your merchandise. Active Endeavors will re-ship any domestic exchange items free of charge. Free return shipping labels will be emailed to you after completing our online return/exchange form. An Exchange Request must be filled out for your exchange to be processed.

Refunds
Refunds to your credit card may take between 3-5 business days to appear on your credit record as your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account, once they receive the information from us. Refunds in the form of store credit are immediately available for use once your return has been processed. Store credit is valid for one year from the issue date.

Damaged/Mis-shipped Items
If you receive a damaged or mis-shipped item, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective products at our discretion.
