Free Shipping within the contiguous United States.
We ship orders to continental United States free by UPS Ground regardless of order size. Free shipping applies only to the continental United States by UPS Ground transport; Expedited, Hawaii, Alaska and international orders are excluded.

Gift Receipts
Gift-wrapped packages are automatically sent with a gift receipt, making it easy for friends and family to return or exchange gifts. Please leave a gift message or instructions in the Gift Message field during the checkout process.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated in real-time according to official UPS rates. Shipping fees are based on the weight of the order and the distance it is being shipped. When you checkout, you will have the option of selecting your shipping priority on the Order Confirmation screen. Your order total will be automatically updated to reflect whichever shipping rate you choose.

Order Processing
Please allow 24-48 hrs to process orders (Monday through Friday 9am-5pm CST) and 5-7 business days for delivery from date of order for domestic shipments. Alaska and Hawaii orders must be shipped either 2Day Air or Next Day Air.

UPS Ground generally ships to the Midwestern and Eastern United States within two days, and four days to the West Coast.

Overnight Shipments
In order to ensure timely delivery, overnight shipments received after 8:00 a.m. Central Time will not be shipped until the following day.

Partial Orders
Active Endeavors ships partial orders. If you order several items, we will ship them immediately if we have them in stock and will ship outstanding items as we receive them from our vendors.

If you prefer to receive your order all at once, please note this in the Gift Message field during checkout.

All orders placed after 11 a.m. Friday will be processed the next business morning.
