Charges to Your Card
Your credit card is not charged until we ship your order.This includes backordered and pre-ordered items. For example, if you pre-order a bag in May that will not be available until June, your card will not be charged until we ship your bag in June.

Your card is charged only for the items that we ship to you. Every shipment contains an invoice listing the charges made to your card for that shipment. Items we mark canceled or backordered are not charged to your card.

At this time, we cannot change the information in the email updates you receive. This includes changes to item colors, quantities and styles. If you have requested a change in your order, we are happy to make the changes, but it will not appear in these updates. You will note it on your invoice and/or your credit statement.

Credit card information is verified prior to order processing.

CVV2
Active Endeavors uses the CVV2 ("Credit Verification Value") number to protect you against fraudulent charges.

Active Endeavors accepts credit cards for international orders provided we can verify the billing address.
Otherwise, payment may be made by cashier check or certified money order.

Defaulted Credit Cards
Customers whose credit cards are denied by the credit issuing company will be contacted by email to provide an alternate form of payment. Failure to arrange payment within 2 business days of our first notification will result in a forfeiture of their order.

Please Note: An effort will be made on the 2nd business day to charge your credit card even though the initial attempt had failed.
