Shipping Policy
Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours - work days and holidays excluded. Items ordered after 3:00PM will not be shipped out until the following day.
All orders are shipped either UPS or USPS and can take 2-7 business days to deliver. We (Active Endeavors) can not guarantee orders shipments will arrive within the 2-7 business days. Heightened holiday shipping can slow delivery times.
Shipments are not typically processed or delivered on weekends and holidays
Promotional shipping rates apply to orders going to the continental US. We don't currently ship orders outside the United States.
Active Endeavors carries some merchandise that is restricted for shipping from our e-commerce store. If there is a restricted shipping item you would like to purchase, please notify us by emailing [email protected] or call us at 563-441-9488.
Shipping Cost
All customer orders over $49.99 receive free shipping through UPS or USPS.*This shipping option is valid on continental US States only.
Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.
All estimates excludes weekends and holidays.
All shipping methods placed Monday-Friday before 3:00pm CST will go out the same day. Orders placed after 3:00PM CST will go out the following day. Weekend orders will be shipped out the following Monday.
All other shipping methods will be calculated during checkout after you enter your address.
Other fees apply to orders that are oversized items (coolers, luggage, snowboards, travelpacks, etc).

- Economy shipping methods placed Monday - Friday after 3:00PM CST will ship next business day otherwise will ship same day.
- UPS: 2-7 business days
- USPS shipping: 2-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping method placed Monday - Friday after 3:00PM CST will ship next business day, otherwise will ship same day
- UPS Next Day Air: 1-2 business days
- Oversized items: 2-5 business days *base price of $54.99.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES
- Only United States customers in the lower 48 states qualify for returns.
- Items must be in their original condition with their original packaging.
- Returns are allowed up to 30 days guarantee.
- Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account you used to make the original purchase.
- Shipping will not be refunded for online transactions.
We DO NOT accept C.O.D.'s on return items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Thank you for your support.

CLOTHING/ ACCESSORIES
- All items must be unworn and include the original packaging/tags - no pet hair, no human hair, no smoke smell..
- Once clothing/accessories has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged.
FOOTWEAR
- Shoes must not be worn and must include the original undamaged packaging. When trying them on, we suggest that you stick to the carpet to prevent any damage.
- Shoeboxes must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them - use the box the shoes were shipped in to return shoes.
- Once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged.
SNOWBOARDS
- All snowboards must be un-riden and in their original condition of purchase.
CLIMBING GEAR
- ALL CLIMBING EQUIPMENT SALES ARE FINAL.
